Dommi Raye
As the CEO of Dommi Raye the Brand, Dominque Collins is involved with running all facets of the business. Prior to DRB, Dominque had a well versed career at top companies in finance, executive leadership, hospitality, sales, and luxury retail. This has created a solid foundation to welcome the likes of entrepreneurship into her world. Dominque holds six years of brand innovation and management experience, twelve years in customer service related roles, and ten years of managerial experience. Dominque’s passion lies in creative endeavors such as events, art, culinary, and music.
Dominque holds a Bachelors of Science from Thee Central State University in Business Administration with a Concentration in Hospitality Management. In 2015, she obtained her Masters of Science in Innovations and Entrepreneurship from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL. While Dominque’s imagination and creative flare has always been bold, inspiring and vibrant; obtaining the business acumen from both degrees has made Dominque a force for change.
As a certified yoga instructor, event curator, self made plant based chef, herbalist, and fashion enthusiast, Dominque brings many talents to Dommi Raye the Brand. Dominque has a heart for community and willingness to serve and honor for the greater good.

Kayla Collins
Kayla is a results-driven Communications Director with over 8 years of brand management experience. Her passion for storytelling and curating diverse and creative strategies has increased brand visibility and engagement for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 300.
Her background and experience have allowed her to put her skills to work supporting minority and women owned companies throughout the U.S.
She has led teams and executed strategic PR and communications campaigns that have driven her clients' visibility on a local and national media landscape.
Kayla holds a B.A.A in Integrative Public Relations from Central Michigan University and an M.A in Strategic Communications from Michigan State University.
